Aim
With the Aksigorta Pulse application, we aimed to spread the feedback culture throughout the company, increase interaction between employees and prepare an infrastructure for continuous development. We also aimed to make employees adopt the renewed company values more quickly and to keep the pulse of employees high with instant rewards.

Approach
We combined the originality of the platform with local components to offer a special performance design to our target audience. By utilizing past behavioral surveys and performance evaluation analyses, we enabled employees to provide accurate feedback more quickly. We prepared the iOS and Android versions of the mobile application by following the SCRUM development process.
Results
With the mobile application we developed, more than 16,000 feedbacks were given in the first year, nearly 300,000 points were collected and more than 700 awards were distributed. In addition, approximately 3000 answers were received through regular surveys conducted through the Pulse application; Thus, the pulse of the employees was constantly monitored. The instant feedback and reward mechanism offered through gamification was loved by all employees; Employee loyalty was also positively reflected in the survey results. With this application, Aksigorta qualified for the finals in the Altınyaka Awards held within Sabancı Holding.
